Phone Orders
Your local retail store can accept phone orders if you know your sizes. Please call the store location that services your school to get started. If you have any questions or need further information, check our location page for your store's information.

Risse Brothers Uniform Store allows returns and exchanges within 4 months (120 days) of purchase, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. While we allow up to 4 months, we recommend returning within 30 days to ensure timely processing.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items without original tags attached
• Socks or tights that have been removed from packaging
• Washed, worn, or damaged items (e.g., stains, broken buttons, pet hair)
• Special/custom-sized items
• Items purchased during special or discounted sales
• Logoed items for schools that no longer have an active uniform program with Risse Brothers
• Logoed items that have been discontinued by the school

How to Make a Return

• In-store returns: Bring the item(s) and original receipt to the store where the purchase was made.
• Lost your receipt? You can retrieve it by logging into your account at www.rissebrothers.com or by contacting the store via email or phone.
• Returns by mail:
  • Securely package the item(s)
  • Fill out the back of the original packing slip
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If youre exchanging items, we will cover the outbound freight for the exchanged items

Refunds

• Cash purchases over $50: A refund check will be issued by our corporate office in New Jersey (for returns within 4 months)
• Credit card purchases: Refunded to the original card used
• Gift card purchases (or partial gift card): Refunded as a gift card
• Returns made after 4 months: Refunded as a Risse Brothers gift card, regardless of original payment method

All returned items must be in new condition, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags still attached.

In-School Sales
Risse Brothers offers in-school sales where we bring the store to you on a predetermined date established by the school. This service provides ultimate convenience for parents by having all merchandise available for sizing and immediate purchase. Merchandise not sold on the spot at our sale day will go on the shelves of your local retail store for year round shopping. Additional merchandise is also stored in our warehouse, ready when you need it.

Embroidery/Screen Printing
Our own in-house embroidery and screen-printing equipment allows for faster delivery directly to our stores and customers. The relationships we have established with suppliers, factories and trucking companies give us the kind of flexibility to have product where it is needed, when it is needed, and at competitive prices.
